Want to learn how to cook real Thai food?

We have a head chef from a prestigious Thai restaurant, that once a fortnight on a Wednesday evening, comes to our kitchen and will teach you how to produce a most wonderful range of exciting and authentic Thai dishes.

We will provide all the ingredients, step by step instructions (recipe sheets to take away) And demonstrate how to prepare at least 3 different delicious dishes, that you can then savour over a glass of wine (bring your own!!) and… take home the remainders for anyone else.
